Hydraulic workshop presses – HD Series

HYDRONIXS delivers hydraulic workshop presses for professional use in workshops and industrial environments. The range consists of a fixed HD Series with standard models, fixed constructions and predefined technical specifications.

The hydraulic workshop presses within the HD Series are designed as reproducible machines with a clearly defined structure and a clearly delimited technical framework.

This page provides an overview of the structure of the HD Series and the available press classes.

Structure of the HD Series

The HYDRONIXS HD Series consists of hydraulic workshop presses that are subdivided into press classes. The classification is based on structural load, frame structure and intensity of use.

Within the HD Series, fixed model definitions are applied. Technical specifications, variants and configurations are defined per model and are not adapted on a project basis.

Press classes of hydraulic workshop presses

Light-duty hydraulic workshop presses (20–60 tonnes)

Compact hydraulic workshop presses with a fixed frame construction and a predefined hydraulic configuration.

Available models:

  • HD20
  • HD20 hand-operated
  • HD30
  • HD30 hand-operated
  • HD60

Variants and configurations

Within the HD Series, models are delivered in different variants and with additional options. These configurations relate to operation and variant and leave the structural basis of the respective model unchanged.

Details on variants and available options are described on the respective product detail pages.

Relationship to applications and custom solutions

The HD Series is based on standardised hydraulic workshop presses with fixed technical specifications. Information on application limits and technical boundary conditions is presented separately on the application pages.

For press solutions outside the scope of use of standardised workshop presses, a separate engineering and custom solutions process is provided.
