The emphasis is on technically consistent solutions within clearly defined boundary conditions, aligned with the application, load level, and intensity of use. HYDRONIXS does not provide process consultancy and does not assume responsibility for the selection of the application.

Fixed HD Series and custom-built solutions
HYDRONIXS operates through two clearly separated routes:
Standard hydraulic workshop presses – HD Series
The fixed HD Series consists of hydraulic workshop presses divided into clearly defined press classes. These models are developed for common pressing and straightening operations, where controlled force build-up, structural rigidity, and reproducibility are central.
Within the HD Series, the technical operating limits of each press are defined in advance.
Engineering & custom-built hydraulic presses
For applications where standard models are technically or functionally insufficient, HYDRONIXS realises project-based, custom-built hydraulic presses.
Custom projects are developed:
- on the basis of supplied technical drawings, or
- on the basis of functional boundary conditions that are engineered in detail
Engineering, technical design, production, and delivery form an integrated overall process. Each custom-built press is assessed on a project basis and falls outside the fixed HD Series model range.
